Meet Ibrahim Abou Halloun, a seasoned General Manager with over four decades of experience in the culinary industry. Throughout his illustrious career, he has excelled in various roles, including kitchen management, food and beverage, menu planning, team development, and teaching. Ibrahim has worked with some of the most renowned companies in the industry, including Emirates Flight Catering, Albert Abela, and Shakespeare & Co. He has even represented Emirates Airlines in their lounges. Ibrahim has also shared his knowledge and expertise with future culinary professionals through his teaching experience. Currently, he leads the operations of Manal Food Factory with a commitment to excellence, delivering unforgettable culinary products and experiences. The company considers him an invaluable asset.

With extensive experience at ITW Group in France, Rody Hanna has excelled in planning production, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining smooth operations across different countries, including the UK, Australia, and the EU.

Since joining Manal Food Factory, Rody has played a key role in establishing Foodway as a leading brand. With a deep understanding of the food industry and market trends, he drives our expansion and identifies new business opportunities. Through effective communication, Rody builds strong client connections, contributing to our organizational growth.

Antonio del Moral

Executive Pastry Chef

Antonio del Moral, an accomplished pastry chef, brings a wealth of experience from renowned establishments in Italy and France. His journey began with formal training in Spain, followed by stages at Michelin-starred restaurants. Antonio's expertise has been shaped by collaborations with esteemed pastry professionals such as Iginio Massari, Olivier Bajard, Rafael Cahrquero, Jordy Butron, Paco Torreblanca, Luiggi Biaseto, and Gianluca Fusto. In 2020, he joined Al Manal Food Factory in Doha, Qatar, leading the Artisan Bakery and Pastry department.

An accomplished Executive Chef with a passion for culinary excellence, joined the Manal Food Factory team in April 2023. With a diverse background in the food industry, he has successfully implemented international standards and gained expertise in various sectors such as Inflight Catering, Mass Catering, Retail, Fish Can Industry, and Tea Industry.
